EXPRESS Protect is an exclusive FrontLine service that provides protection to your packages in case of loss, damage, wrong items, factory defects or items under warranty by the supplier.
With EXPRESS Protect your online purchases travel safe for only USD $3.00 for every USD $100.00 of the package’s declared value.
EXPRESS Protect applies to all packages, protecting them from their arrival to our Miami warehouse until receipt by the customer.
In case of loss or damage, EXPRESS Protect covers the cost of the package's declared value. The EXPRESS Protect fee is calculated based on such declared value. This fee also covers your package’s cost of freight, customs handling and duties.
Regarding returns to the shipper, EXPRESS Protect covers the cost of returning the package to the shipper in cases of wrong items, factory defects or items under warranty. EXPRESS Protect also covers your package’s cost of freight, customs handling and duties.*
*Returns to the shipper apply only within the continental United States territory. EXPRESS Protect reserves the right to return the package to the shipper, or reimburse the customer for the package's declared value.
